- Confirmed issues with your bike (year, mileage, what failed)
- Workshop manual snippets we don't have yet
- Photos of the relevant part / display / dashboard
- Service receipts (with personal details redacted) so we can verify intervals
- Real-world experience that contradicts the manual
What we can't help with
- Warranty claims - talk to your dealer
- Live diagnosis of an in-progress repair - talk to a mechanic
